The Sandler Lanz coaching team consists of five highly experienced professional
executive coaches. Founded in 1997 as Sandler Consulting; in March 2007 Kate Lanz
became Executive Director, working with Managing Director Catherine Sandler to lead
and develop the practice.
Maznet had been hosting the Sandler Consulting's website for several years previously.
So when the aforementioned change in company structure & name approached, then
followed an intensive re-branding exercise and Maznet was asked in to produce the
Sandler Lanz web portfolio.
Sandler Lanz imposed a tight and unmoveable deadline on the required completion
date of their new site, in addition Sandler Lanz required a tight rein on the site
specification and several weekly progress report updates.
Produced in standards compliant XHTML and using the latest ASP.NET 2.0 web technology,
crucially the Sandler Lanz site was produced on deadline and all targets were met
to the customers satisfaction. Mid-way through the project there was a slight change
in direction and Maznet was asked to add in some Flash animations to complement
the static site, these new requirements we were glad to be able to satisfy.
Further to the production and hosting of their new web presence, Maznet now also
provide web mail services to the Sandler Lanz consultants, enabling them to stay
in-touch whilst out of the office.

We are absolutely delighted with the website that Maznet designed and developed
for us over the past three months. As leading practitioners in the executive coaching
field, it was essential that our website fully reflected the professionalism, quality
and accessibility that characterise our business.
We found that Marinos and his team listened carefully to our brief and took great
trouble to meet our requirements. I would highlight three features of the service
that Maznet provided that were particularly good:
- The initial design that was put forward was excellent and we were able to use it
as the basis of our site from the beginning of the process.
- While the website was being built, every effort was made to accommodate our requests.
There was a real willingness to make a large number of changes to structure and
content, including some that were the result of last-minute brainwaves / mind-changes
on our part. We really appreciated the sense that great trouble was taken to make
sure that we were entirely satisfied.
- We really appreciated the quick turnaround time when changes were needed. We felt
that Maznet had really taken on board the importance of our deadlines and were 100%
committed to achieving them. On two or three occasions, staff worked over the weekend
- at no extra cost to us - in order to make sure that changes were made in time
to meet our schedule.
Overall, the service that Maznet provided was extremely good in terms of quality,
customer service and value for money. We are delighted with our new website and
have already received extremely good feedback from users. We would recommend Maznet
without reservation.
