The Daves were formed by four Essex school friends several years back and have since
been playing gigs right across the UK, from the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool,
to the ever popular Borderline on Tottenham Court Road in London.
With a very distinct and somewhat rock-inspired repertoire we feel that The Daves
are heading towards truly great things, so we were delighted at the opportunity
to work with them.
Referred to Maznet by a mutual friend, The Daves management company Ambush
Music Management set forth a simplistic requirement for their new all-singing, all-dancing
website, in a word it should be 'kick-ass'. Our designer was only too happy with
a requirement like that!
Maznet advised Ambush Music Management that the best way to showcase the talents
of The Daves would be through a highly creative Flash website. This enabled Maznet
to incorporate The Daves music on each page as well as incorporate subtle animations
throughout. Maznet incorporated a content management system to allow Ambush Music
Management to update the website news and gig-list at will via a secure login facility.

We tasked Maznet with designing a brand new website for our latest signing
'The Daves'. The brief we gave to them was to create an interactive, Flash site
that would do justice to the best new band in the UK.
Maznet put the site together from scratch - and every element of the process; from
concept, to design, to hosting, was handled professionally by the friendly staff
and dealt with enthusiastically. Always involving us in the creation process with
constant communication and updates.
We are very pleased with the results and will definitely be using Maznet
again for future projects.
